Clinical outcome of the multidisciplinary treatment for clinical T4 breast cancer patients without distant metastasis: single institute study

Background: Patients(pts) presenting with T4 breast cancer(BC) are often unresectable at the time of diagnosis and need a multidisciplinary treatment. The prognosis of these pts has been reported poor; however, the detail clinical outcome is still unclear. The objective of this study is to investigate the response of pre-operative systemic therapy (PST) and clinical outcome in our practice.
