Abstract
•Efficient removal of PTH was achieved by Fe(VI) oxidation method.•HCO3−, Ca2+, Cu2+, Fe3+ and HA decreased PTH removal efficiency.•Paraoxon, thiophosphates and phosphates were identified by LC-TOF-MS.•Cleavage of ester bond and sulfur-oxygen substitution reaction were observed.
