The Use Of Ecmo For Pulmonary Edema And Right Failure After Repair Of The Fallot Situation. Report Of Two Cases

Reperfusion pulmonary edema in the early postoperative period is a severe complication after Fallot situation correction. The use of ECMO improves the prognosis of these patients and avoids multiorgan failure secondary to this syndrome.We present two clinical cases with different spectrum conditions, in which the use of ECMO was essential for the treatment of pulmonary reperfusion edema.
