Abstract
In this paper, the multi-carrier frequency diverse array (MCFDA) using time-modulated weighting (TMW) method is extended into the wireless power transmission (WPT) application. Thanks to the range-dependent beam steering feature and low sidelobe (SLL) radiating performance of the proposed array, the beam collection efficiency (BCE) is enhanced almost four times compared with the conventional uniform phased array (PHA) and the single-carrier FDA (SCFDA).
