Effect of different frequencies in repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for the patients with post-stroke motor aphasia

Background: As previously reported, inhibitory low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) targeting the triangular part of the right inferior frontal gyrus can be useful for enhancing recovery in aphasic patients. In this study, we applied low and high frequency rTMS targeting the bilateral hemispheres. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of two types of rTMS for post-stroke motor aphasia.
