摘要
•The characteristics of Pd NPs-In2O3 based resistor-type TEA gas sensor have been comprehensively demonstrated.•3 wt% Pd NPs-In2O3 sensor exhibits superior properties towards TEA gas.•Synergistic effect between sensitization and structural defects are responsible for the enhanced sensing performance.•Based on the advantages including low cost and easy fabrication, Pd NPs-In2O3 is promising for applications.
