摘要

Copper(II) complexes with N′-methylsarcosinamide (SarMeam), [CuCl2(SarMeam)2]·H2O (1) and [Cu(NO3)2(SarMeam)2] (2), were tested on human bladder cancer cell lines as well on Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. The complexes showed excellent potency towards one human bladder cancer cell line. No toxicity was noticed, as observed by comet assay and differential staining.
