Reliability Analysis for PV Power Plant Based on the Cleamess Index and Variability Characteristic

摘要
The main purpose of the paper is to analyze the reliability of power system influenced by the grid connected with PV power plant. In this paper, based on the clearness index and variability characteristic, a multi-state reliability model of PV power plant is developed firstly. Then, a state division principle based on equal interval and equal frequency is proposed, and two state division methods are obtained by using different coordination orders, respectively. Finally, the effectiveness of proposed method is tested and validated by using the Roy Billinton test system, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can enhance the accuracy of reliability analysis.
