Abstract
•Co-Pc functionalized POM hybrids were synthesized through controlling their usage.•Interaction between POMs and Co-Pc enhanced redox ability and microenvironment, heterogenization.•Higher TOFs as 24.31 and 29.16 h−1 for DBT and S2− and highest selectivity to DBTO2 and SO42−.•Aerobic desulfurization was underwent under atmospheric pressure, which was more safer.•Syper-clean oils were obtained as S-contents as 2.73 and 8.01 ppm.
