Study on the Evaluation System of the Investment Effect of Distribution Network

As the State Grid Corporation accelerated the development of the distribution network, the scale of investment in distribution networks continued to increase during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. To this end, the grid company urgently need to make a scientific evaluation of the Investment effect and provides guidance for investment allocation. This paper focuses on the relationship between grid investment and efficiency, establishes a lean evaluation system and investment allocation method.
