Abstract
In low-carbon economy, carbon trading process is introduced to quantify the effect by actual economic value. Based on the cooperative game theory, the improvement strategies and cost benefit for both wind farms and the grid company are analyzed. Furthermore, a reasonable capacity distribution model of the alliance of wind farms and grid company is built to achieve the fairness of profit distribution. Finally, a practical example is given to illustrate that the alliance of wind farms and grid company is effective in increasing grid initiative in accommodating wind power.
