Since the 21st century, with the fast development of social economy, the demand for electric power increased rapidly. The reform pace must be accelerated to meet the needs of social economy. This paper at first describes the basic practice and effects of the transmission and distribution price reforms in China, then analyzes the reform issues from command economy theory, makes rectification and improvement plans to provide valuable reference to the deepening reforms.
