Study On Decomposition Gas Explosion Of Transformer Oil Under Arc

The transformer may generate arcs under abnormal conditions. Some explosive gases, such as hydrogen, ethylene may be generated when decomposition reactions occurred. Those gases will explode when they touch an ignition source. This workfocus onthe explosive pressure generated by these explosive gases under different conditions is by calculation method. The data analysis revealed the explosion overpressure rules when the gases exploding in the transformer room. This work can be reference for the research and analysis of gas explosion occurs in whole household substation.
