摘要
Objective To observe the relationship of serum TNF-α ,IL-6 and CRP with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) associated pulmonary hypertension. Methods There are 105 subjects eligible to include in the study, 35 health subjects, 38 OSAHS and 32 OSAHS-PH during September 2013 to October 2014 in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University. OSAHS patients were diagnosed by polysomnography. Pulmonary hypertension was determined by echocardiograph, the criteria was PASP≧40mmHg. Serum TNF-α ,IL-6 and CRP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results the serum levels of TNF-α ,IL-6 and CRP were significant different among three groups( P<0.05). The levels of TNF- α,IL-6 and CRP in the OSAHS group were higher than those in the healthy group, and lower than those in the OSAHS-PH group( p<0.05). The extent of the PASP was remarkably correlated with the levels of these inflammation factors( r=0.755, 0.762, 0.747 respectively; P<0.01). Conclusion The levels of serum TNF- α,IL-6 and CRP are associated with pulmonary hypertension and involved in the process of OSAHS with PH. note: OSAHS with PH compared with control, * P<0.05; ** P<0.01;with OSAHS# P<0.05, ##P<0.01
