Abstract
The optimal configuration scheme for multiple measurements of distribution network is currently an most important research content. From the mathematical point of view, the selection of measurements is difficult to ensure the observability of the whole system. From the perspective of cost, the selection of quantitative measurements is difficult to guarantee the lowest cost. Therefore, it is necessary to find a configuration method of the measurement while satisfying both requirements. In this paper, a graph theory-based algorithm is adopted. By introducing DC power flow, promote active power to ensure observability of phase angle, while reactive power can ensure observability of voltage amplitude, then according to the graph theory, to select the measurement configuration. Finally, a set of optimal measurement configuration sets is obtained by the algorithm. In practical applications, by installing this set of measurement configuration sets, the observability of the entire system can be guaranteed, and the cost of the installation measurement configuration set is minimal, achieved the desired result. this kind of configuration method has strong engineering application value.
