Abstract
With the rapid development of the ultra-high voltage power grid, the service structure of the current power grid dispatching and control system has been unable to meet the urgent needs of the dispatching organization for service state perception and service control. A service management center is set up to realize real-time monitoring of the dynamic quality information of the service and obtain the health of the dispatching system service. The service automatic expansion and contraction technology to cope with the peak of service requests is proposed, which automatically increases or decreases service entities and makes full use of system resources. The service fusing technology that calls for competition is proposed, and service fusing decision algorithm and self-healing mechanism are proposed, which can effectively prevent the systemic risk from the extreme situation from the system service call level, and ensure the smooth operation of the system as a whole. At present, the research results are running well in the verification system, and the service control level of the dispatching and control system has been effectively improved. The next step of the project promotion will provide a powerful guarantee for the security, stability and efficient operation of the power grid dispatching and control system.
