Abstract
A millimeterwave slot antenna array based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is proposed in this paper. The array consists of one compact SIW power divider and 4×4 slot antenna array. The 4-way power divider uses the self-compensating phase shift technique to make it broadband. Simulation results show a relative bandwidth over 9.1 % and a maximum gain of 13.8 dBi at 28 GHz, which exhibits good performance in millimeterwave.
