Conducted EMC Modeling for EV Drives Considering Switching Dynamics and Frequency Dispersion

摘要
This paper provides a modelling method for conducted EMC in EV drive systems with a special emphasis on some non-ideal effects. It is found that the switching dynamics of a power device can be represented as a low-pass multiplier on the spectrum of EMC sources, and the dispersion effect in inductors, capacitors and cables change the frequency response of the conduction path; all of which have impacts on the EMC filter design and can be modelled via two-port networks in the frequency domain.
