Photoreactive Benzophenone as Anchor of Modifier to Construct Durable Anti-platelets Polymer Surface

•Novel and simple modifiers based on the phtotoreactive benzophenone were synthesized.•The modifiers can directly fix onto polyurethane surface in few minutes under UV irradiation.•The modification surface showed hydrophility and anti-platelets properties.•The anti-platelets surface was preserved even after 9 × 104 cycles repeated deformation.
