CO2 absorption enhancement in graphene-oxide/MDEA nanofluid

•Solubility of carbon dioxide was investigated in the MDEA solution by addition of GO.•Results showed 9.1% enhancement for addition of 0.1 mass % GO to the 40 mass % MDEA.•Addition of 0.2 mass % GO presented a capacity absorption promotion up to 10.4% at different temperatures.•Further concentration of graphene oxide showed no significant enhancement in absorption capacity.
