Elevation angle dependence of building entry loss

In this paper a measurement campaign leading to a measurement model is presented. The channel sounding measurement campaign is performed to evaluate the effect of angle of elevation on building entry loss. It is reported in the paper that the losses due to angle of elevation can be upto 31 dB. The loss is shown to be linearly dependent on the angle of elevation. The proposed model is accepted as part of building entry loss in ITU-R recommendation.
