Design and Analysis of A New LaserCommunication Terminal

This article, in view of this situation which was limited by the envelope motion of terminal and with a large rotation range in some of the satellite platform, provides a kind of design with Coude laser communication terminal. Firstly, it has been designed and error-analyzed with the optical system which based on the characteristics of the terminal. Then, it provides a design about the pitch axis and azimuth axis of the terminal. Finally, it analyzed the thermodynamics and modal analysis of the optical antenna as well the whole machine with the finite element analysis software. It shows that the design of the Coude laser communication terminal meets the requirements by results of the analysis.
