摘要

•Table grapes quality and physiological behaviour of the vineyard are influenced by terroir.•Consumers found differences between grapes from the same variety grown in two different vineyards.•Significant differences in two vineyards were observed for grapes’ soluble solids and sugars content, pulp texture and deformation.
