Semantic-Based Resume Screening System

At present, XML becomes one of the best choices for storing semi-structured electronic resumes. Most of the companies let the candidates fill out their resumes online on the company's website and store these electronic resumes uniformly. This paper assumes that all candidates' electronic resumes will be saved in the form of XML, and proposed a Semantic-based Resume Screening System (RSS). The RSS could improve the accuracy and efficiency in the hiring process by using the Ontology Knowledge Base and the Pace XML Validator.
