摘要
Objective: Some studies have reported a higher proportion of germinal centers (GCs) in major than in minor salivary gland (MSG) biopsies from Sjogren syndrome (SS) patients. Detection of GCs in focal lymphocytic sialadenitis (FLS) of SS appears to be associated with disease severity and risk of lymphoma. The aim of this study was to evaluate a correlation of the frequency of GCs with the focus score (FS) in MSG biopsies of SS.
