Abstract
A stochastic Gompertz model is proposed to study cancer growth with therapy. The model reveals that the therapy and environmental fluctuation can control the tumor size, but its extinction is impossible. Optimal therapy treatment is suggest-ed, and its probability density function is elucidated clearly by the Fokker-Planck equation.
