Desarrollo profesional del docente: impacto de acciones de formación inicial en el profesorado novel de la universidad de ciego de ávila

At present the education needs to assist to the formation of the human resources because the new century it claims to form educational with the necessary competitions to influence in the integral development of the personality of its students. The reality indicates that the influence of diverse factors: economic, organizational; and even related with the educational university student's social perception, they condition the lack of a clearly defined politics in connection with the formation and the university faculty's improvement, aspect that is even more serious in the case of the professors than they begin in the university teaching. In correspondence with the ideas before exposed we think about to evaluate the impact exercised in the beginner professional development of the educational one of the University of Ciego de Avila for the graduate's program for professors in labor training, what was materialized in a study of multiple cases from a mixed perspective whose scenario was the course Didactic fundaments of the new university. As results of the study it was known that the educational ones beginner they are satisfied with the initial preparation that they receive, although they consider that the same one should be articulated more with the educational practice in their careers, and with tasks characteristic of the scientific investigation, with independence of this say that they have won in independence in the preparation of their classes and increased their participation in scientific events. As tendency these educational ones are guided to the continuity of studies in masters and/or doctorates.
