Transition‐Metal‐Free, TsOH‐Mediated Direct C−H Allylation of 1,4‐Benzoquinone with Allylic Alcohols

Abstract
A useful C-H allylation protocol for the construction of allyl quinones has been realized. The method, utilizing 1,4-benzoquione and readily available allylic alcohols as starting materials, TsOH as a promoter, proceed under transition-metal-free conditions to generate the target products in moderate to excellent yields.
