Abstract
Adolescence is a transition time between childhood and adult age, with specific situations or diseases that have to be known by the radiologist. Uttrasonography is the main imaging modality used in the indication of pelvic disorders in adolescent girls, but MRI is considered the best modality for assessing gynaecologic pathology. The disorders are various, including amenorrhea, pelvic pain (acute or during menstruation), or pelvic mass. (C) 2018 Elsevier Masson SAS. AR rights reserved.
