Abstract
Aims: The use of SBRT in disease adjacent to mediastinal structures poses challenges due to overlap with normal tissues. The compromise to target coverage necessary to spare normal tissues increases risk of local failure. We aimed to assess outcomes of a cohort treated in a single institution.
