The invention discloses a primer combination used for identifying a MB (mycoplasma bovis) and a BVDV (bovine viral diarrhea virus) and application of the primer combination. The invention protects the primer combination formed by a primer pair A and a primer pair B, wherein the primer pair A comprises a primer F1 shown as a sequence 1 and a primer R1 shown as a sequence 2; the primer pair B comprises a primer F2 shown as a sequence 3 and a primer R2 shown as a sequence 4. With adoption of the primer pair A and the primer pair B, the MB and the BVDV are detected by a double two-temperature polymerase chain reaction, and therefore, the primer combination has the advantages of being good in specificity, high in sensitivity, good in universality, convenient and fast in detection and the like, so that the primer combination can be used for clinical differential diagnosis and epidemiological investigation. According to the primer combination, a novel technical method for prevention and control of cattle diseases is provided; the primer combination has very high clinical application value.
