精神分裂症circRNA的差异表达及其与症状的关系

Abstract
目的 探讨精神分裂症circRNA表达水平及其与患者阴性、阳性症状的关系.方法 分别选取5例精神分裂症患者和正常人外周血进行基因芯片筛查,确定9种存在差异表达的circRNA,并在102例精神分裂症患者和103例正常人中进行PCR验证,进一步行精神分裂症阳性和阴性症状量表评估.结果 精神分裂症患者外周血circRNA_102101、circRNA_102315、circRNA_ 104597、circRNA_101835、circRNA_101836的表达水平明显下调(P<0.05或P<0.01).circRNA_103102、circRNA_103704的表达水平明显上调(P<0.01).circRNA_102101、circRNA_103102的△Ct值与阳性症状呈明显正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05).circRNA_ 103704与阳性症状、一般精神病理呈明显正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05).思维障碍与circRNA_102101、circRNA_103102、circRNA 102315、circRNA 103704、circRNA_102802的ACt值呈明显正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05).激活性与circRNA_102101、circRNA_103102、circRNA_104597、circRNA_103704、circRNA_102802的△Ct值呈明显正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05).偏执与circRNA_102101、circRNA_103102、circRNA_103704、circRNA_102802的△Ct值呈明显正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05).攻击性与circRNA_102101、circRNA_103102、circRNA_103704、circRNA_102802的△Ct值呈明显正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05).circRNA_103704进入阳性症状的回归方程(P<0.01);circRNA_103704、circRNA_102315进入一般病理表现的回归方程(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 circRNA_103704、circRNA_103102与精神分裂症阴性、阳性症状有明显关联,可能是精神分裂症病理过程主导的调控因子.
