Basilar Membrane Vibration in Time Domain Predicted by Fluid–Structure Interaction Model in Pre- and Post-stapedotomy State

A three dimensional, Fluid–Structure Interaction model of the uncoiled cochlea was built and calculated in the time domain in pre- and post-stapedotomy states. The model predicted the basilar membrane vibration amplitude and pressure waves magnitude in both states.
