Approach to the Patient with Graves’ Disease Concomitant Subacute Thyroiditis

Graves病是一种自身免疫性疾病，而亚急性甲状腺炎是与病毒感染有关的自限性甲状腺炎，近年来偶见Graves病先后或同时合并亚急性甲状腺炎的个案报道，二者发病的相关性暂无确切说法。本文对Graves病合并亚急性甲状腺炎分别从发病机制、临床特点、诊断、治疗、预后等方面进行相关文献复习。 Graves’ disease is an autoimmune thyroid disease, and subacute thyroiditis is a self-limited thy-roiditis associated with virus infection, the correlation of concomitant two diseases no exact statement. In this paper, about the patient with Graves’ disease concomitant subacute thyroiditis, respectively, from the pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, relevant literatures are reviewed.
