Abstract
•Interaction of polymeric adsorbed layer with lipid bilayer was studied by QCM and AFM.•Two model arrangements of the interacting components were set and compared.•Pluronic and alkyl hyperbranched polyglycerol coatings were prepared on PLGA NPs.•C18-HbPG was the most efficient to increase membrane affinity of PLGA drug carrier NP.
