OP-094 [AJC » Cardiac imaging - Echocardiography] Cardiac Myxoma: Fourteen-year experience of a Tertiary Reference Center

Myxoma is the most common primary cardiac tumor. Even it can be seen in all age groups, it is mostly diagnosed between ages of 30 to 60. Sporadic myxomas are encountered 2-4 times more in women as opposed to men. They are mostly located in left atrium. We conducted a single centre, retrospective study in which we observed demographic, clinic, pathologic and echocardiographic findings with short and long-term results of sporadic myxomas. Also we researched risk factors of the patients who represented with an embolic phenomenon due to myxoma.
