Abstract
•We examined PFAS levels, determinants, and associations with health in older men.•The highest levels were for PFOS, PFOA, PFHxS and PFNA.•Increasing age and decreasing BMI were associated with higher PFAS levels.•There were few associations between fish consumption and PFAS.•PFAS were mainly associated with endocrine outcomes.
