摘要

Dielectric properties of 0.85BiFeO 3 –0.15MgFe 2 O 4 composite fabricated with conventional ceramic technology are studied in the temperature interval of 20–250°C at frequencies of 25 Hz to 1 MHz. Dielectric relaxation is observed, the nature of which is discussed in the context of a mechanism of interaction between ferroelectric domain boundaries and point defects.
