An alphabaculovirus isolated from dead Lymantria dispar larvae shows high genetic similarity to baculovirus previously isolated from Lymantria monacha – An example of adaptation to a new host
Journal of Invertebrate Pathology(2016)
摘要
•An alphabaculovirus isolated from L. dispar larvae shows significant biologic activity.•Genome revealed that its sequence differs from other available LdMNPVs sequences.•Phylogenetic analyses showed that LdMNPV-BNP shares a common ancestor with LymoNPV.•LdMNPV-BNP genome encodes photolyase gene, absent in Lymantrinae baculoviruses.
