摘要
•We develop a mass spectrometry-based method for simultaneous assessment of thiol compounds (GSH, CysGly, Hcy, Cys, and NAC).•The approach is sensitive enough to detect thiols contents in vivo.•The technique tremendously increases detection selectivity.•Chemical derivatization dramatically increases the stability of thiol compounds.
