In Planta Agrobacterium–Mediated Transformation of Adult Arabidopsis thaliana Plants using pZp–GUS plasmid

Transformation of Arabidopsis thaliana was performed mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens medhod. We used  adult plant of Arabidopsis because the tissue culture method and somaclonal variation could be avoided. We obtain 19 transformants and we could detect it by naked eye. This method could be used for others herbs plant.
