Language system of digital flexible assembly process for airplane based on OPC technology

In order to achieve the computer control of digital flexible assembly tooling for airplane, the pro-gramming language system for digital flexible tooling based on OPC communication technology has been built.This language system can realize the digital flexible computer control of tooling system by three status including monitoring status of assembly system, edit status of assembly process, and execution status of assembly process.Finally, by use of this language system, the software platform installed in a pre-positioning assembly tooling of panel components of certain airplane has been built. Thus in this way, the status monitoring, the motion control and the edit control of process for this tooling have been realized.
