Abstract
巴戟素是从中药巴戟天中提取的一种糖甙类单体物.本实验采用生化检测和放射性核素示踪法,探讨巴戟素对缺血/缺氧性脑损伤保护作用的机制.结果显示:巴戟素可提高急性脑缺血衰老大鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性(P＜0.01),减少过氧化脂质(LPO)含量(P＜0.05);能增加老龄小鼠脑组织葡萄糖含量(P＜0.01);但对急性脑缺血衰老大鼠脑组织一氧化氮(NO)含量无明显影响(P＞0.05).提示巴戟素对缺血性脑损伤保护作用的机制与抗脑组织的脂质过氧化作用及改善脑组织葡萄糖代谢有关.
