An Automatic License Location and Fuzzy Recognition Algorithm

A license location algorithm based on threshold segmentation was provided,and a fast character recognition algorithm based on fuzzy relation is illustrated in detail.All characters are analysed through a coarse classification method and a fine classification method.The algorithm is proved effective through experiment.The experimental resuts showed this method can realize license location exactly and letter distinguished.
