Abstract
为明确绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür)]乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性测定的最佳反应条件,采用正交试验研究了酶浓度、底物浓度、反应时间、反应温度、反应体系pH值5个因素对绿盲蝽三龄若虫AChE活性测定的影响.通过极差分析和方差分析发现,各因素对AChE活性测定影响的大小顺序为:反应时间＞酶浓度＞底物浓度＞pH值＞反应温度.绿盲蝽若虫AChE活性测定的最适反应条件为:酶浓度6头/mL、底物浓度6mmol/L、反应时间5min、反应温度35℃、pH值8.0.
