学习拖延现象在大学生中普遍存在,且对大学生的学习成绩、自尊和情绪具有消极影响.本文针对“非理性”学习拖延行为产生的心理原因作以心理动力取向理论为主的探析,并探讨进一步改善这种行为方法,以期使该领域的理论研究更为多元,也希为深陷其中的大学生们提供启发和实践指导.
