Abstract
口腔防龋疫苗经国内外学者的研究,发展迅速,大多数疫苗已被证实在动物身上具有防龋作用.但防龋疫苗具有效价低、不稳定、易降解等缺点,给其应用带来了困扰.水凝胶、壳聚糖、脂质体等缓释系统能够保护疫苗本身的特性不被破坏,且能够按照需要缓慢释放,并具有靶向性等特点,其兴起有望解决防龋疫苗的缺点.该文结合有关文献就防龋疫苗搭载递送系统的研究现状进行综述.
