Abstract
目的:对比研究α1b、α2b干扰素治疗单纯疱疹病毒角膜炎的疗效.方法:46例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者随机分为两组,A组(29例29眼)滴IFNα1b眼液(滴宁眼液),B组(17例17眼)滴IFNα2b眼液(安达芬).结果:角膜溃疡平均愈合时间:A组12.87±2.12天,B组9.45±3.04天(P＜0.01).结论:IFNα2b治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎与IFNα1b相比疗效略好.
