Clinical value of the associated assay of three tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of associated assay of three tumor markers(CEA,CA125,CA153)in the lung cancer diagnosis.Methods:The serum levels of the CEA,CA125and CA153in the samples.Which were from68cases of lung cancer,48benign lung dieases and40healthy controllers were assayed with radioimmunoassay(RIA)and immunoradiometric assay(IRMA)and analyzed statisticalˉly.Results:The average levels of the CEA,CA125and CA153of lung cancer group were all higher than those of benign lung dieasis and healthy controllers,and the diffences were significant.The later TNMperiodized,the higher the levels were.The sensitivity and the veracity of the associated assay of three tumor markers were higher than those of respective assay of three tumor markers.Conclusion:The associated assay of three tumor markers(CEA,CA125,CA153)may provide valubal laboratory proof in the diagnosis and periodization of lung cancers.
