Abstract
目的:研究头发毒品检测技术,建立头发验毒平台,并进行应用.方法:研究对人头发中可能残留的10种毒品的16种代谢物进行同时检测的头发验毒技术,并与其它检测手段进行比较,最后将方法应用于头发样品检测.结果:建立的头发验毒技术符合方法学考察相关要求,检测能力通过GTFCH样品的能力测试,并可检出尿检试纸未能检出毒品.服务平台应用于500份头发样品的检测.结论:此次研发头发验毒技术及服务平台可准确地对头发样品进行测定,并已应用于头发样品检测.
